Refunds

** Please NoteAll Sales are FINAL unless a product is received damaged, has extensive quality issues OR a product is out-of-stock post-payment. **

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@mybubshop.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for refund or exchange

Damaged Item Refunds

The return address and a return shipping label (damaged Item refunds ONLY) will be provided via email once initiated. 

Exchanges
Exchanges can be requested within 48 hours of receiving an order for select reasons. Please contact info@mybubshop.com if interested in exchanging a product and provide a brief explanation. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for purchasing the return label for the item; the return address will be provided via email once initiated.

For BOTH Returns & Exchanges: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
